12:03:05 PM Commissioner Murdock I move that we approve the. What's the number? That we approve Resolution #2006-039, which is a resolution of intent to adopt the proposed Reese Creek Zoning District, Map, Regulations, and Boundaries for the purpose of regulating development and then. Do I have to Greg in that motion talk about the changes that we're considering? Ok, so Mary in that motion will be to adopt lock stock and barrel the final draft of the regulation map with the following changes, and those are. I already mentioned them, comments, ok and that would be to change the forest service amendment as mentioned in the staff report, to change the Norman and other 720 acres from the zoning change which would go from what R160 to R40? To adopt the amendment to include Marty Lambert's TDR language change and where he's moving it and Henesh's Henesh's change to the word "most" to what he suggested and finally to 5.0301, comments, would also be the staff suggested changes. And those are all in the staff report, comments. Victoria did in her staff report in my opinion findings that would have to comport to 201 Zoning MCA code, the Gallatin County Growth Policy. I couldn't state it better and I read it and I would just say that I would incorporate all of those findings in mine to comply with the law.
